The Crossings of Smithfield is seeking a dedicated Concierge to assist residents and visitors, ensuring a high level of service and a welcoming environment in our community.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating transportation and reservations, and serving as a central communications hub for events and announcements, while maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a senior living setting.
• Compassion and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Provide concierge services including transportation coordination and errands.
• Serve as central point of contact for events, activities, and announcements.
• Maintain high level of customer service and ensure residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative duties and help with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Monitor guest access and help maintain a safe environment.
