Stonecroft Assisted Living is seeking a dedicated Concierge to assist residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and high-quality service. You will coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests, acting as a central communications hub for events and announcements.

The role emphasizes outstanding customer service, compassionate interaction with seniors, and light administrative duties to support daily operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service or concierge experience preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly; professional appearance.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Provide a variety of concierge services including transportation, reservations, and errands.
• Serve as a central contact for residents and staff about events and announcements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service ensuring residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative duties and help with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events and activities.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally, resolving issues to residents' satisfaction.
• Support safety procedures and monitor guest access as needed.
