Job summary

The Viridian is seeking a dedicated Concierge to assist residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for all in our community.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, coordinating transportation and reservations, and serving as a central communication hub for events and announcements. Prior customer service experience and a professional appearance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior concierge or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion for and interest in working with the elderly.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Arrange transportation, reservations, and errands for residents as needed.
• Serve as central contact for residents and staff about events and announcements.
• Maintain high level of customer service and ensure residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative duties and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Coordinate community events and activities to engage residents.
