Job summary

Kingswood Reserve in Clayton, NC is seeking a friendly Concierge to warmly greet residents, families, and visitors and to coordinate high-quality support in daily living. You will serve as a central information hub, arrange transportation, assist with reservations, and help with check-in procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in senior living.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff.
• Comfort with coordinating transportation, reservations, and check-in procedures.
• Professional and compassionate demeanor with a polished appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and assist with inquiries and directions.
• Coordinate transportation and reservations for residents as needed.
• Serve as central contact for community events, activities and announcements.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure residents feel valued and supported.
• Perform light administrative tasks such as logging events and check-in/check-out procedures.
• Assist in coordinating community events to engage residents and families.
• Address concerns promptly and professionally to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Monitor visitor access and report security concerns to management.
