Job summary

Talentify is seeking a friendly Receptionist for an Assisted Living Facility in California. You will warmly welcome residents, families and visitors, answer inquiries, coordinate appointments, and support administrative tasks to ensure a smooth daily operation.

You will act as a liaison between residents and staff, uphold privacy and confidentiality, and help create a welcoming, respectful environment. Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Required Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.
• First Aid/ CPR certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service credentials are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles, preferably in senior living.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; multitasking and prioritization.
• Proficiency with computers, word processing, email, and basic database use.

Responsibilities

• Greets residents, families, and visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
• Provide information, answer inquiries, and assist residents and families with requests.
• Coordinate appointments, transportation, and other services as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of facility amenities, activities, and services.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as correspondence, resident records, and schedules.
• Keep a clean, organized concierge desk and ensure supplies are stocked.
• Collaborate with staff to address resident needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor security and safety and report unusual incidents.
• Act as liaison between residents, families, and other departments.
• Uphold resident privacy and confidentiality.
