Ivy Park at Glen Cove, managed by Oakmont Management Group, is a premier senior living community in California. The Concierge greets visitors, fulfills resident requests, coordinates tours, and supports administrative staff while upholding our mission and values.

Position is part-time, 3pm-7pm, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and more. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and a criminal background check and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to interact professionally with residents and families.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, direct calls, and assist in a timely, professional manner.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond promptly to each call.
• Manage business center mail and in/outgoing correspondence.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers.
