Ideal candidates have 2+ years hospitality, be 18+, and pass background and health screenings. This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities within our Ivy Living brand across CA and HI.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer 2 years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees, residents and families.
• Pass criminal background check and health screening tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to alerts.
• Manage the business center and process mail.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff and departments.
