Job summary

Oakmont Management Group’s Ivy Park at Sacramento is seeking a Concierge to greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical support to staff.

Shifts are Tuesday through Saturday, 7am–4pm, with a pay range of $19–$21 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, vacation, meals, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Oakmont Management Group may require vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and PPE per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide all residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones, record, and/or direct calls to appropriate individuals.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to every call.
• Effectively manage business center and process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.
