Ivy Park at Santa Rosa, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Concierge to greet visitors and support residents with requests. You will handle tours, answer a multi-line phone, and provide clerical assistance in line with our mission and values.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, directing calls, monitoring safety systems, and coordinating mail and office tasks. A friendly, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years in hospitality or senior living.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic PC use.
• Strong written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.
• Vaccination/testing requirements may apply per safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff promptly.
• Monitor Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center operations and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperation with staff across departments.
