Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls, and relay messages. You will provide general information and support the front desk with a range of administrative tasks in a senior living community.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills, with duty to uphold community policies and assist residents and families as needed.

Qualifications

• One to three years of customer service experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Carries out telephone answering and reception duties as required.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors; answers inquiries and gives directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members; tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Maintains and keeps desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Organizes and distributes mail to residents, Executive Director and Department Coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Maintains adherence to company policies and operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
