The Ridge Senior Living is seeking a personable concierge to be the first point of contact for service related needs and to support dining, travel, and in-home referrals for residents. You will manage calls, visits, and information flow while delivering personalized service with a hospitality focus.

This role may assist with sales calls, lead management, and move-in procedures, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in a team-driven environment.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• Experience in concierge or hospitality preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• One year of office experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Screen incoming calls, take messages, and forward as appropriate.
• Greet and sign in all visitors; provide directions and information.
• Assist residents, guests, and vendors with inquiries and reservations.
• Process internal communications and manage census/ directories as directed.
• Support sales activities and lead management where required.
• Handle emergencies in the absence of the Community Manager.
