Responsibilities include answering calls, arranging tours, and ensuring a welcoming, secure environment for residents, families, and guests, while promoting teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years in hospitality or senior living environments.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to interact with staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff promptly.
• Monitor safety protocols and maintain a secure environment for all.
• Support administration by handling mail and coordinating tours.
