Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of experience in a hospitality or senior living setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Written and verbal communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and health screenings including TB tests.
• Compliance with health and safety guidelines (PPE as required).

Responsibilities

• Provide residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Answer telephones and direct calls promptly and professionally.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to calls.
• Manage business center operations and mail processing.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
