Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Two years of experience in a hospitality setting or senior living community preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Answer multi-line telephone and route calls promptly.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to alerts.
• Manage business center tasks and process mail.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
