Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Concierge at Ivy Park in Belmont, CA. You will greet residents and guests, manage calls, tours, and support administrative staff while upholding company values. Strong customer service and hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prefer two years of hospitality or senior living experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to operate a PC and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Written and verbal communication skills required.
• Must pass Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (including TB).
• Vaccination/testing requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and direct calls clearly and promptly.
• Monitor the Emergency Alert System and respond to alerts.
• Manage business center and process mail and packages.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through collaboration with staff.
