Job summary

Discovery Village at Boynton Beach, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a Concierge to enhance residents’ daily lives. You will be the first contact for residents, families and staff, handling calls, messages, and inquiries with a warm, organized front desk presence.

The role supports resident services, coordinates appointments, and contributes to a welcoming environment. Fridays and Saturdays 5:00 PM–9:00 PM, at 4733 SW 7th Court, Boynton Beach, FL 33426, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years in customer service, reception, or administrative support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and reception duties with professional courtesy.
• Take accurate messages and relay promptly to recipients.
• Greet residents, families and visitors warmly and assist inquiries.
• Support marketing materials and collate brochures as requested.
• Prepare meal tickets and tally meal counts for Dining Services.
• Maintain and update resident contact lists and schedules.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments including transportation and services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and entry areas.
