Discovery Villages Sarasota Bay is seeking a friendly Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, manage front desk operations, and support resident services. This role serves as the first point of contact, handling calls, messages, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. The position is part-time, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 2:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills are required.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort using phones, email, and office systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet residents, families, and visitors.
• Take accurate messages and relay them promptly to the right team member.
• Coordinate resident and family appointments and transport as needed.
• Maintain front desk area, logs, and sign-in sheets in a welcoming manner.
• Support marketing materials and dining service ticketing as requested.
