Job summary

Discovery Management Group is seeking a friendly Concierge to greet guests, residents, and staff at our Florida community. You will manage calls, messages, and general information while supporting move-ins and daily operations.

Responsibilities include reception duties, greeting residents, updating lists, coordinating appointments, and assisting the marketing team with brochures. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answers telephone and performs reception duties.
• Takes complete messages with pertinent information and communicates messages to the intended recipient.
• Greets residents and visitors and provides directions.
• Collates brochures for the marketing department.
• Prepares meal tickets for team members and family members; tallies meal count sheets for Dining staff.
• Updates the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In/Move-Out Register daily; Logs guests and sign-ins.
• Manages appointments for residents and family members (hairdresser, transportation, etc.).
• Maintains desk and entry area neat and organized.
• Distributes mail to residents, Executive Director, and department coordinators.
• Maintains resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures; performs other duties as assigned.
