Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct calls, manage front desk communications.
• Greet residents, families and visitors; respond to inquiries and provide directions.
• Maintain resident phone lists, rosters and sign-in sheets.
• Coordinate appointments and transportation for residents and families.
• Keep front desk organized and welcoming at all times.
• Support marketing materials and distribute mail as needed.
