Job summary

Complete Care at Bayshore is seeking a Concierge with healthcare or senior living experience to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff. You will provide welcoming, professional support and coordinate requests to enhance the community experience.

The role emphasizes customer service and collaboration with nursing and other departments to ensure timely follow-up, planning of activities, and a positive environment for all in the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, concierge, front desk, or administrative support preferred.
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, senior living, hospital, or other healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Professional, friendly, and compassionate approach when working with residents and families.
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Assist residents and families with requests, directions, appointments, facility services, activities, and events.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate with nursing and other departments to ensure effective communication and timely follow-up.
• Respond to resident and family concerns or requests and follow up to ensure their needs are addressed.
• Assist with planning and coordinating resident activities, family gatherings, and community events.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming, and organized front desk and reception area.
• Provide general administrative and front-desk support as needed.
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for everyone entering our community.
