Job summary

ROSE SENIOR LIVING in Clinton Township, MI is seeking a hospitality-focused Concierge to greet residents, guests and vendors with warmth and professionalism. This PRN, part-time role requires weekend and evening availability and serves as the daily first face to the community.

Responsibilities include answering the phone, solving issues for residents and visitors, handling deliveries, creating maintenance requests, and supporting the Business Office Manager with projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner that meets organizational objectives and serves individuals.
• Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the recipient.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
