Integral Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to warmly greet guests, residents, and employees, manage calls and messages, and provide general information. The role supports daily operations and resident services within our California communities.

Responsibilities include answering phone lines, coordinating messages, assisting with appointments, and maintaining a neat reception area while upholding company policies and delivering quality resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, residents, and employees; manage external and internal calls and messages.
• Provide information of a general nature and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain reception area, organize materials, and support dining and activities staff.
• Update resident lists, move-in/out rosters, and sign-in logs.
• Organize mail distribution and assist with scheduling appointments.
