Job summary

Milestone is seeking a Concierge (Receptionist) to welcome residents, families, and visitors and support sales, marketing, and business office functions. You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.

The role emphasizes first contact with residents, strong communication, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a senior living setting. Shift timing and part-time status are noted in the perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid certification required.
• Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns.
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Assist with scheduling resident appointments, and transportation schedule
• Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks
• Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance
• Encourage resident participation in community activities
• Set up activities in the evenings- movie or game nights, snacks and drinks
• Occasionally assist serving staff with pouring drinks at meal times
• Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required
• Follow and communicate company policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
