Holiday by Atria, based in Eugene, OR, seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue through lead generation and relationship development with local communities. You will partner with General Managers and the sales team to implement a local sales and marketing plan, travel to events, and manage a CRM to convert leads into residents.

The role requires a strong track record in direct sales, excellent communication, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven results.
• Ability to travel within the local market to attend events.
• Proficient with CRM tracking systems and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lead generation and conversions to referrals and move-ins.
• Develop and implement a sales and marketing plan with leadership.
• Meet targets for lead and lease conversions per community plan.
• Coordinate with referral partners to drive move-ins.
• Respond promptly to leads and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Conduct tours and outreach events to generate prospects.
• Assist in managing marketing budget and materials.
