Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Rocky Hill, CT is seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue through lead generation and conversion, developing relationships with local influencers and referral partners to increase move-ins.

The role requires coordinating with General Managers and the community team, managing the CRM, tracking marketing data, and delivering on targeted sales metrics; travel within the local market is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the local market to attend events and develop lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all lead generation activities to increase referrals and move-ins.
• Partner with General Manager/Executive Director and sales team to implement sales plans.
• Oversee CRM entry, follow-up, and data analysis to meet sales targets.
• Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and close rental agreements with prospects.
