Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Community Sales Director to drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets and lead marketing efforts for the community.

Responsibilities include cultivating relationships with referral sources, managing inquiries, and coordinating with leadership to forecast occupancy and move-ins. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related sales experience.
• Customer service skills required and strong communication.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Spend majority of time outside the community generating inquiries to meet revenue targets.
• Develop relationships with referral sources including hospitals and healthcare providers.
• Forecast move-ins with ED and coordinate sales activities.
• Provide training and support to staff on inquiry handling and tours.
• Lead engaging events and community marketing efforts to drive occupancy.
• Ensure smooth hand-off of committed customers to ED and RSD.
