Job summary

The Residence at Pearl Street in South Windsor, CT, is seeking a results-driven Sales Director to educate families about LCB Senior Living offerings and guide them through decision making to choose our community as their new home. You will build relationships with lead sources, manage a sales pipeline to meet quarterly targets, and collaborate with the leadership team to promote differentiators and growth.

This full-time role offers strong compensation with monthly/quarterly incentives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 3-5 years of consumer-based sales experience; senior living, healthcare, hospitality preferred.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience using a CRM application preferred.
• A driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist potential families in exploring senior living options and educate on offerings.
• Achieve quarterly targets through effective sales execution and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain relationships with leads and professionals via CRM and follow-up.
• Market LCB Senior Living differentiators to the general market and industry professionals.
• Develop partnerships in target markets leading to referrals to the community.
