Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Community Relations Director for Spring Valley to be the first impression for prospective residents and families. You’ll apply a sales and marketing approach to meet occupancy and revenue goals while building relationships with seniors and their families.

This role requires at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (assisted living, memory care)
• Proven sales record with a history of hitting or exceeding goals
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and professional representation of the community
• Strong communication and ability to connect with staff, residents, and families
• Empathy and active listening to understand family needs and build trust
• Effective communicator who facilitates small-group presentations
• Knowledge of competitors and community sources
• Innovative thinker with new ideas
• Ownership mindset and ability to stay focused amid interruptions
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
• Achieve necessary leads by following up on inquiries and staying in contact with warm leads
• Conduct tours for prospects on-site to help families explore options with compassion
• Develop relationships and create professional referrals with social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders
• Organize targeted special events on a monthly basis
• Conduct extensive competitor analysis and tour competitor communities regularly
• Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living
