Cascade Living Group is seeking a Community Relations Director (Sales and Marketing) for Cascades of Grants Pass - The Pointe to lead occupancy and revenue growth. You will market the community, cultivate referrals, conduct tours, and manage move-in coordination.

The role emphasizes relationship building with social workers, physicians, and community partners, plus outreach events and CRM-driven follow-up. Weekend availability and local travel are required.

Competenze

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience ideally in senior living or hospitality.
• Proven sales record with the ability to meet occupancy, sales, and move-in goals.
• Experience generating leads through outreach, networking, advertising, and community marketing efforts.
• Strong telephone sales skills with the ability to convert inquiries into scheduled tours and move-ins.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with professional referral sources and community partners.
• Experience conducting community tours and presenting features, benefits, and services to prospective residents and families.
• Knowledge of consultative sales techniques, closing strategies, and CRM systems.
• Ability to assess prospective residents' needs and coordinate move-in planning and admissions processes.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience tracking leads, maintaining accurate records, and preparing sales and marketing reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/lead management software.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally for outreach and networking activities.

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads.
• Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community.
• Develop relationships and create professional referrals with a variety of contacts including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
• Organizes targeted special events on a monthly basis.
• Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly.
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living.
