Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• History of hitting or exceeding occupancy and move-in targets.
• Represents the community professionally to residents and families.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with staff, residents, families and partners.
• In-depth knowledge of competitors and community resources.
• Creative thinker who brings new ideas to the table.
• Ownership attitude and ability to stay focused amid interruptions.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
• Follow up inquiries and stay in contact with warm leads.
• Conduct on-site tours for prospects.
• Develop referrals with social workers, physicians, nurses, therapists and leaders.
• Organize targeted, monthly events.
• Conduct competitor analysis and tours of competitor communities.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission and values.
