Cascade Living Group is seeking a dynamic Community Relations Director for Spring Valley (Assisted Living) in Oregon. You’ll drive occupancy through targeted sales and marketing, tours, and community referrals, while representing our culture of wellness and purpose.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales/marketing in healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Competitive hourly pay with commission and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (assisted living, memory care)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• History of hitting or exceeding occupancy/move-in goals
• Compassionate, professional representation of the community
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to connect with staff, residents and families; capable of small-group presentations
• Knowledge of competitors and community sources
• Innovative thinker with new ideas
• Ownership attitude; able to stay focused amid interruptions
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
• Achieve required number of leads by following up on inquiries and staying in contact with warm leads
• Conduct on-site tours for prospects
• Develop relationships and obtain referrals from social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders
• Organize targeted special events monthly
• Conduct extensive competitor analysis and tours of competitor communities
• Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living
