Job summary

Aqua Ridge Senior Living is seeking a Community Relations Director in California to drive occupancy by expanding referral networks and coaching prospects from inquiry to move-in.

You will build quarterly sales/marketing plans, analyze markets, and execute outreach and events for ALW and CalAIM partners. Expect a fast-paced onsite schedule with balance across community visits and on-campus activities.

Qualifications

• 21+ with required clearances, health screening/TB, and First Aid certification within 30 days.
• 2+ years marketing with proven sales/leasing results; strong outside sales presence.
• Organized, detail-driven, and proficient with Microsoft Office/Excel/Adobe.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle (calls, tours, deposits, move-ins) and weekly census reporting.
• Maintain an accurate CRM/database: inquiries, campaigns, events, follow-ups, move-ins/outs.
• Grow and educate professional referral sources; monitor competitive activity.
• Manage the department budget and support compliant move-in documentation.
