Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Rancho Mirage is seeking a Community Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive outreach, events, and relationship-building with referral sources. You will lead a team to market the community and coordinate with leadership to forecast move-ins and occupancy.

The role requires flexibility in hours, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage CRM data and external partnerships to optimize leasing results.

Qualifications

• One year or more of related sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and basic financial knowledge of revenue and profitability.
• Strong computer and electronic file management skills.
• Must possess confidentiality and be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Position requires driving responsibilities and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed the community's monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Develop internal and external marketing and strategic relationships with referral sources.
• Generate highly qualified inquiries and move-ins through outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to forecast move-ins and occupancy.
• Ensure timely, accurate responses to inquiries and smooth hand-offs to ED, RSD, and Community Business Director.
