Qualifications

• Two years in the senior living environment (skilled nursing) preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of community services and programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a 12-month occupancy development and sales/marketing plan.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to potential residents and families.
• Conduct weekly outside calls to medical and business referral sources.
• Enter prospect communications and referrals into Yardi with accuracy.
