Job summary

Cascade Living Group seeks a Community Relations Director for Deerfield Village (Assisted Living) to drive sales and market awareness. You will lead marketing initiatives, conduct tours, and nurture relationships with social workers, physicians, and families to grow occupancy and revenue.

The role requires evenings and weekends, strong communication, and an innovative approach to outreach. Competitive wages with commission potential and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (assisted living, memory care).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• History of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move-in goals.
• Compassionate individuals who represent the community professionally.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Achieve needed number of leads by following up on inquiries and staying in contact with warm leads.
• Conduct tours for prospects on-site at the community.
• Develop relationships and create referrals with social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
