Job summary

Cascade Living Group is seeking a Community Relations Director for Spring Valley in Oregon. You will market the community, build relationships with healthcare professionals and families, and drive occupancy through tours and events.

The role requires resilience, strong communication, and an ownership mindset, with evenings/weekends as needed. Competitive wages plus commission and full Cascade Living benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (assisted living, memory care).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• History of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move-in goals.
• Compassionate individuals who represent the community professionally.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with staff, residents and families.
• Thrive at facilitating small-group presentations and outreach.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and stay in contact with warm leads.
• Conduct tours for prospects on-site at the community.
• Develop relationships with social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists and religious leaders.
• Organize targeted monthly events and perform competitive tours.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission and values.
