Job summary

Cascades of Stayton is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing efforts, promoting the community to prospective residents and families. You will build relationships with healthcare partners and community contacts, drive occupancy, and coordinate events and tours onsite.

The role requires strong communication, ongoing lead follow-up, and the ability to present to groups while staying aligned with Cascade Living’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in healthcare (assisted living/memory care).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• History of hitting or exceeding monthly and quarterly occupancy and move-in goals.
• Compassionate and professional representation of the community.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to connect with staff, residents, families and facilitate small-group presentations.
• In-depth knowledge of competitors and community resources.
• Innovative thinker with new ideas and ownership attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets.
• Achieve required number of leads by following up on inquiries and staying in contact with warm leads.
• Conduct on-site tours for prospects.
• Develop referrals with social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.
• Organize targeted monthly events.
• Perform extensive competitor analysis and tours of competitor communities.
• Promote Cascade Living's mission, values and beliefs.
