• Forge and sustain partnerships with local businesses and networking groups using digital marketing and social selling.
• Organize and coordinate move-in activities in collaboration with the Wellness Director for smooth transitions.
• Assess markets and collaborate with leadership to implement robust marketing strategies and referral follow-ups.
• Maintain efficient sales processes using CRM to manage waiting lists, interest, vacancies and move-ins.
