Job summary

Civitas Senior Living LLC seeks a Community Relations Director for our Round Rock, TX community. You’ll lead sales efforts and be the welcoming face for prospective residents and families, while building partnerships with local businesses and networks to drive occupancy.

You’ll organize move-ins with the Wellness Director, run assessments with the Executive Director, and implement marketing strategies with follow-up on referrals, utilizing CRM tools for efficient queues and vacancies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in senior housing or related leases.
• Ability to build partnerships with local businesses and networks.
• Experience with lead follow-up and referral source management.

Responsibilities

• Be the engaging face of the community to prospective residents and families.
