Job summary

Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks a Resident Lifestyle Director to lead life-enrichment activities for residents, manage staff, and coordinate events. Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate degree preferred.
• Experience designing and leading life-enrichment activities for seniors.
• Leadership experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and event planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all life-enrichment activities and outings.
• Create and lead arts, crafts, music, drama, educational, and exercise activities.
• Prepare a monthly newsletter, calendar of activities, and monthly activity meetings.
• Hire, train, and supervise Resident Lifestyle Assistants, Coordinators, and Drivers.
• Coordinate volunteers and collaborate with Marketing and Executive Director on events.
