Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Community Relations Director to lead sales and marketing for our senior living communities. You will drive outreach, develop referral relationships, conduct tours, and focus on revenue growth to meet occupancy goals.

You will collaborate with regional teams to implement marketing plans, manage the lead base and CRM (Yardi), supervise the sales staff, and engage with residents, families, and prospective residents in a fast-paced environment with occasional evenings and

Qualifications

• 3–5 years relational sales experience in assisted living or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the community.
• Design and facilitate the annual marketing plan with input from leadership.
• Develop and manage the lead base, responding to inquiries remotely and in real time.
• Maintain occupancy and revenue goals per business plans.
• Conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents.
• Provide sales activity reports with lead status and next steps.
• Maintain the CRM (Yardi) accurately and promptly.
• Supervise, direct, and motivate all sales team members.
• Foster high resident satisfaction through strong relationships with residents and staff.
• Understand care regulations to ensure proper placement and education.
• Represent the community at outreach events, trade shows, and networking meetings.
• Monitor promotional materials and print advertising needs.
• Manage social media accounts and budget for ads and events.
