Job summary

Merrill Gardens is seeking a Senior Living Sales Director (Community Relations Director) for our Ocean Springs community. You will lead the sales effort to maintain high occupancy and build strong relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.

The role requires a four-year degree and 3+ years of sales/marketing experience in senior living or related fields, with collaboration across GM, BOD, and Marketing to drive outreach, events, and market insights.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications preferred.
• Three-plus years sales and marketing experience, preferably in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieves and maintains a high occupancy percentage.
• Maintains the sales tracking system for the community and informs the GM and Director of Sales of trends.
• Manages the full sales process: generating tours, responding to inquiries, and securing deposits for move-ins.
• Develops and implements innovative sales/marketing plans.
• Coordinates with Marketing and Activities teams to plan events and outreach.
• Keeps aware of competitors and communicates insights to leadership.
