You will oversee annual marketing plans, coordinate move-ins, and collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding resident experiences. Salary is $83,000–$86,000 with bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to build occupancy and census through outreach and relationships.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing and sales initiatives to drive occupancy and census.
• Develop annual and monthly marketing action plans.
• Maintain census records and inquiry history.
• Manage marketing collateral and brand messaging.
• Coordinate move-ins and onboarding processes for new residents.
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers and staff to align campaigns.
