Job summary

Axis Residential is hiring a Community Director for Affinity at Broadmoor, a new active adult community. You will lead an on-site team, build strong resident relationships, and partner with the Portfolio Manager to maximize revenue and occupancy while upholding service standards.

The role requires experience in multifamily property management, budgeting, and marketing programs. English communication, MS Office, Yardi/On-Site, and a valid license are essential. Flexible with evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player who takes a we over me approach to building and sustaining relationships with others.
• Experience developing and leading a high-performing team.
• Must be determined, ambitious, and self-motivated.
• Prior multifamily property management experience strongly preferred.
• Understanding of financial statements, budgets, invoicing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office, property management software (Yardi, On-Site), and CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage, lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing office team.
• Build a strong rapport with residents, prospects, Portfolio Manager, and on-site team.
• Ensure occupancy and revenue goals through marketing and leasing.
• Oversee daily operations to meet financial targets and budgets.
• Maintain property condition and market readiness; inspect units and curb appeal.
