Axis Residential is seeking a Community Director for Affinity at Mill Road in Spokane, WA. You will lead the on-site office team, manage leasing, and drive occupancy and revenue while delivering excellent resident service.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and availability for evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license and a vehicle are needed to support community operations.

Qualifikationen

• Prior multifamily property management experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.
