Job summary

Axis Residential, based in Idaho, is hiring a Community Director forAffinity at Nampa, a 55+ active adult community. You will lead the on-site team, drive occupancy and revenue, and maintain excellent resident relations while coordinating with the Portfolio Manager.

You should have prior multifamily property management experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with Yardi/On-Site and CRM tools. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have multi-family property management experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site office team.
• Manage property operations to meet financial goals and budgets.
• Build rapport with residents, prospects and the Portfolio Manager.
• Ensure occupancy and revenue targets are achieved and maintained.
