Axis Residential is seeking a Community Director for Affinity at Broadmoor in Pasco, WA. You will lead the on-site team, manage operations, and drive occupancy and revenue while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, and property-management software proficiency (Yardi/On-Site/CRM). Evening/weekend work may be necessary; a high school diploma is required. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; related property management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a high-performing office team in multifamily properties.
• Ability to manage budgets, financial statements, invoicing, and occupancy targets.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Excellent English communication; strong customer service focus.
