Axis Residential, part of Inland Group, is seeking a Community Director for Affinity at Nampa, a 55+ active adult community. You will lead the on-site team, build rapport with residents and prospects, and drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring excellent service and community well-being.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing office team.
• Build a community culture focused on resident satisfaction and service.
• Support on-site operations to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Oversee daily property operations and budgeting.
• Maintain vendor/inspections records and Fair Housing compliance.
