Axis Residential in Loveland, CO is seeking a Community Director for Affinity at Loveland, a 55+ active adult community. You will lead the on-site team, build rapport with residents and prospects, and drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and experience in multifamily property management. English proficiency, site operations knowledge (Yardi/On-Site), and a willingness to work evenings/weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading a high-performing on-site team in multifamily.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, On-Site) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site office team to deliver excellent resident service.
• Drive occupancy and maximize revenue while managing daily operations.
• Coordinate leasing, sales, and resident events to maintain community culture.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Fair Housing laws, and budgets.
