Axis Residential is seeking a Community Director for Affinity at Monterrey Village in San Antonio, TX. You will lead a resident-focused team, drive occupancy and revenue, and maintain the community’s standards.

You will collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and on-site staff to deliver exceptional service, execute marketing plans, and ensure a high-quality living experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing team and delivering excellent resident service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi, On-Site) and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate the on-site office team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Develop a community culture focused on resident satisfaction and a supportive home environment.
• Train and evaluate associates; manage leasing activities and resident relations.
• Oversee daily property operations, budget adherence, and property maintenance.
• Ensure marketing, pre-lease activities, and turnover meet timing goals.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
